Set the goals
One of the most important things that needs to be done to achieve success is to set the goals. This first step will help you to be focused on your mission. It is not recommended to set the goal to lose weight in several number of kilos. Yet, it is better to count how many days you have been exercising in a raw. There is a belief that if the person does one thing for 21 days in a raw, it slowly turns in a habit. It does not mean though that you are going to automatically go for a run on the 22d of your trainings.
Visualize Your strategy how you will succeed and what would be results. Such picture will help you to be organized at the beginning of your training.
Manage Your Food Preferences
Food plays an important role and does influence your mood and how you feel when exe
rcising. Therefore, in order to feel energized and “ready to go”, make a well-balanced menu according to your preferences. It is not obligatory to cut all sweets and eat veggies only. Your body will need lots of vitamins, minerals,and other nutrients as it will release even more energy than before. Plan your breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Create Exercise Plan
In order to start exercising efficiently, you will need an exercise plan, which will describe your exercise routine in details. The so- called exercise schedule should show demonstrate you when you need to exercise, how much time/how many times/, and what types of exercises should be done. When actually having a chance to see your strategy towards your goal, it may help you to overcome laziness to have an active lifestyle. If you track your performance, you can look back and see how much you have already done. This is what should motivate you; focus rather on how much you have achieved than how much you still have to reach.
Some of us may need some incentives to go further or at least keep working on our mission. Therefore, after a great run in the park, you can have a delicious snack you like so much. The incentives differ for every person, so you are the one what would motivate you the most.
Do It With Someone
Getting a support team is another good idea; doing sport with your friends, mom, or partner will keep you in form and on track with your training. You can motivate and support each other, which will make the process of training and cravings for sweets much easier.
